Provide Service and Test on; Manual and Auto- Duplication systems, calibrate robotics, Packaging equipment base on mechanical and Vacum systems, Printers base on Inkjet and thermal technology. Field Service for installation, preventative maintenance, repair and operation training session. Maintain customer service and internal service records. Manages repair parts cycle time. Prepare service reports. Quotation for upgrade or service for equipment out of warranty. Keep communication with costumer to ensure resolution and proper follow-up. Support for use in house graphics design and duplication on our products media and multi-media marketing publication. Help Desk IT support in house for our Network and peripheral equipment. Maintenance to e-mail server and responsible for back-up data from main Server. |
